Four is the number of beaches that have Vandellòs i l’Hospitalet de l’Infant: the Arenal, the Punta del Riu, the Torn and L’Almadrava. All are long beaches of fine sand and crystal clear waters, which are certified and EMAS environmental quality Ecoplayas flag, badge awarded to beaches that stand out for its environmental policy. The first three also look Blue Flag. Beyond the awards and services available, the beaches stand out as a special place to relax and combat routine, sunbathing, swimming in the sea or making sandcastles and playing with children; or the sports arena (volleyball, football, etc) or water (it offers a wide variety of water sports).
Vandellòs i l’Hospitalet de l’Infant has a network of paths and tracks about 180 km. To take advantage of this extensive network has been created in recent years several routes. There are up to 16 different routes, some a little more demanding and designed for people who want to play sports and others who have a more family fun. These paths pass through places that allow walkers to enjoy spectacular views, including views of the coast and coastal mountains, landscapes featuring the characteristic dry stone walls in the area; or by canyons of the flattest part of the mountains; or protected natural area Torn ... The mountain bike lovers have at their disposal eight routes that run through all the villages of the municipality, with varying degrees of difficulty (easy, medium and high). They are aimed at all ages, which allow departures from family outings to expert level.
